Working with INSAN, you’ll join an independent policy-advocate initiative group focusing on nation-building and social development. You will be a champion for social change; amplifying the voice of the working-class and people from the lowest in economic strata and supporting them to fulfill their potential.

At INSAN, we engage both our focus groups and staff on an intellectual level, placing a high importance on both personal and professional growth. There are continuous opportunities for learning – monthly staff development sessions, internal/external training, coaching, mentoring, and individual personal development plans. We ask our people to be bold and brave, to step out of their comfort zone; and we support our staff to do the same. We have harnessed a positive, supportive working culture, where the whole team lives our organisational values.
